Enabling the right things to meet pays of
Four professionals wanted to solve the challenges of acquiring labour, and hr professional directory oy was born from it. Our backgrounds are in the restaurant, staff leasing, IT and gaming industries. We are a new company with strong evidence of know-how with financial stability.
In staff leasing, we have stars from all over Finland and soon also from the Philippines.
We recruit, coach, consult and, above all, we want to get the right people and partners to find each other. It is also an important value for us to promote the attractiveness of the sectors we represent in the labour market. And helps the professional development of our personnel and facilitates entry into the industry. Finnish and international co-operation between educational institutions is part of our plans for the near future.
How are we different from the others? For us, the success and development of our staff and partners are things to walk that extra mile for – preferably two.

We act ethically and strive to promote the implementation of these principles also among our stakeholders through our own activities. We pay our taxes in Finland and we want to play our part in building a better tomorrow, promoting entrepreneurship and creating jobs.
Financial responsibility
Our business activities must produce an economic result. Without profitable business, competitiveness and efficiency, it is virtually impossible to act responsibly, create jobs or pay taxes. We do not accept bribery, financial exploitation or the sale or purchase of services below market prices.
Environmental responsibility
In all our operations, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint and to integrate supporting policies into all our activities. Targeting and reporting will be the cornerstones of our future environmental programme.
Safety responsibility
We monitor our working environment from a safety perspective, carry out continuous risk management and health assessments, and take the necessary corrective action when a deficiency or development is identified. Our aim is to identify risks before they cause potential harm. Guidance, training, anticipation and reporting are measures that enable safe operations.
Global responsibility
We are also aware of our responsibilities beyond Finland's borders in all aspects of our sustainability programme. We inform our foreign partners about potential areas for improvement in their operations, and assist, guide and work with our partners only in accordance with legal, ethical and sustainable operating models.
